The property has to have gone through the entire process and Close of Escrow has to have taken place before the close of business on Nov. 30, 2009.
75 days is not a long time for this entire process. Many people take longer than this picking out a home. If you plan on taking advantage of this Tax Credit then it is past time to get off the fence (or the couch) and get this process in gear.
